We want you to be completely satisfied with your new headwear. If your hat doesn't fit or suit your style, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Pack Your Hat

  Place the hat in its original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure it maintains its shape and arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 2.
  Complete the Form

  Fill out the return form included in your original shipment, indicating whether you would prefer a size exchange or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Generate a return shipping label through our online portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until we notify you that your return has been processed.
